These terms explain how bookings, payments, deliverables and usage rights work when you use our website or hire Muñoz Commercial for a project.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Muñoz Commercial website and to any photography, video, drone, AI video, branding or website services you book with Muñoz Commercial ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Every project is defined in a written proposal, quote or agreement that describes the scope, deliverables, schedule and price. If that project agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project agreement controls for that project.
Estimates on this website or in conversation are for guidance only. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.
If you need to move a shoot, tell us as early as possible. We will do our best to find a new date, but rescheduling depends on crew, location and equipment availability. Cancellations, weather delays and rescheduling fees are handled as described in your project agreement.
If we must cancel because of illness, emergency or unsafe conditions, we will offer a new date or refund amounts paid for the work not performed.
We deliver files through an online gallery or file-sharing link in the formats listed in your agreement. Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the agreement; additional revisions or re-edits may be billed separately.
Please download and back up your files promptly. We keep project archives for a limited time but cannot guarantee long-term storage.
Unless your agreement says otherwise, Muñoz Commercial keeps the copyright in the photos, video and creative work we produce, and you receive a license to use the final deliverables for the purposes described in your agreement.
We may show selected work in our portfolio, website, social media and award submissions unless you ask us in writing not to before the project starts. Confidential or restricted projects can be excluded on request.
Aerial work is subject to FAA rules, airspace restrictions, venue rules and weather. We may postpone or adjust aerial coverage if conditions are unsafe or flight is not permitted.
We take great care with every production, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless your agreement provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
If anything here is unclear, send us a message and we'll walk you through it.
